Family Child Care Training (5738)

Workforce Certificate
This program prepares students for employment as family home child care. It focuses on skills necessary to help prospective new family home care providers anticipate the crucial decisions they will have to make while starting their business. It stresses models of best practices that have been adopted by veteran home care providers. The content teaches the knowledge and skills the new providers will need in order to meet the local child care licensing requirements.
